Promo codes, opt-ins, and evidence of acceptance
A code or opt-in can determine which terms attach to an account. Record the offer confirmation and resolve errors before making qualifying transactions.

- Acceptance can be required before a deposit or wager.
- A code alone does not prove eligibility.
- Save the offer ID and confirmation timestamp.
Understand what the code does
A promo code can identify a campaign, request enrollment, or route an account to a particular offer. It is not a universal entitlement. State, product, customer status, and timing requirements may still apply after the code is accepted.
A successful code message should be compared with the bonus wallet and offer details. If the platform displays a different award than expected, stop before funding and ask which terms govern. Do not assume the largest advertised version applies.
Check the sequence
Some offers require opt-in before a deposit; others require it before the first eligible wager or within a specified period. Writing the steps in order can prevent an irreversible eligibility error. Keep the confirmation screen rather than relying on memory.
If a link contains a referral or campaign parameter, it may select a promotion but should not replace readable terms. This educational site does not provide claim links or endorse an operator.
Correct problems without multiplying them
If a code fails, confirm spelling, expiry, state edition, and account eligibility through official support. Do not create another account or use someone else's identity to retry. Duplicate accounts can cause more serious restrictions than a missing promotion.
For a dispute, preserve the advertisement, code, exact error, date, and sequence of actions. Ask whether the offer was never activated, activated under different terms, or later removed. Those possibilities need different evidence and remedies.
Worked example · hypothetical
Hypothetical example
A hypothetical offer requires opt-in at 2:00 p.m. before the qualifying deposit. A deposit at 1:55 p.m. may not qualify merely because the code is accepted five minutes later. The remedy depends on the published policy and support's documented response.

Common questions
Can support always apply a missed code retroactively?
No. Ask before assuming a correction is possible; terms and system capabilities vary.
Does an accepted code prove I can legally play?
No. Licensing, age, physical location, and other eligibility checks remain separate.
